White is an orthodox clean color that suits all kinds of food and interior aesthetics. White is pure and simple and yet no white is the same. There are creamy whites, cool whites, grayish and pinkish whites. I like the softness and subtlety of whites.
It is often said that fluted dishes reflect the maker’s personality. Rather than focus on precision I prefer to let the rhythm and energy of the moment dictate the outcome.
