SHIPPING & RETURNS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN JAPAN

We will ship your order within 1-4 days of order and payment confirmation. at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for Sagawa Express. Please note shipping may be delayed due to conditions surrounding the Covid-19.

* Sagawa Express will attempt delivery for 2 weeks. If they are are not successfully able to deliver to you within this time your order will be returned to us.

We offer free shipping on orders over ¥22,000 (tax included)Shipping costs are determined by region and added to your total in the shopping cart. There may be additional costs for remote islands in which case we will contact you for additional payment. Currently only domestic shipping within Japan is available.

* Transportation may be delayed due to weather conditions such as typhoons. In that case, please contact Sagawa Express or our company with your order number and tracking number from the shipping confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you receive any defective items (leakage, scratches, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

* Please note: Textures, color and size errors, distortion, roughening, pinholes, etc. that are unique to handmade vessels are not considered defective.

 

In case of shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving  your package. If possible, please provide photographic evidence of package and product damage. 

 

We will bear the shipping cost for replacing defective or damaged vessels with new ones. If there is no replacement item, we will refund it.

 

For returns due to customer's references, please contact us within 3 days after the item arrives. In this case customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and replacement shipping. Please note that only unused items can be returned.
