The faceted whisky cup with shaved sides has a sharp look but it has a smooth touch on the lips. It’s recommended for those who want to drink whiskey or cold straight gin but of course it’s equally suited to green tea or espresso.
White is an orthodox clean color that suits all kinds of food and interior aesthetics. White is pure and simple and yet no white is the same. There are creamy whites, cool whites, grayish and pinkish whites. I like the softness and subtlety of whites.
When white ware is immersed in water crazing may appear. A craze is a crack on the surface of the glaze. It is a natural characteristic of the glaze and does not mean that the vessel itself is broken.
